By accessing and using PocketWare, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Περιγραφή Υπηρεσίας
PocketWare provides a mobile and web platform for inventory management, connecting physical stores with e-commerce platforms. The service includes barcode scanning, stock management, employee tracking, and e-shop synchronization.
3. Λογαριασμοί Χρηστών
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must verify your email address within 3 days of registration.
- Accounts with unverified emails may be locked automatically.
4. Credits και Πληρωμές
- PocketWare operates on a credit-based system. 1 credit = 1 action.
- Credits are purchased in packs and are non-refundable.
- New accounts receive free actions for trial purposes.
- Prices may change with notice to existing users.
5. Αποδεκτή Χρήση
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the application, or using the service for illegal purposes.
6. Δεδομένα και Απόρρητο
Your use of PocketWare is also governed by our Πολιτική Απορρήτου.
7. Περιορισμός Ευθύνης
PocketWare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Αλλαγές Όρων
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
